Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- one year route delivery experience or applicable background driving a straight truck
- valid driver’s license
- ability to read and understand English
- operate vehicle in a variety of traffic and weather conditions
- meet or exceed company productivity and error goals
- demonstrate strong customer relations and problem resolution skills
- plan and organize work activities independently

Job Duties
- Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times
- unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart and place in designated customer storage areas
- frequently lift, push, or move product weighing 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds
- verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures
- handle customer complaints professionally
- follow written driver safety rules and perform pre-trip inspections
- perform post-trip responsibilities in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
