Job Requirements
- must be 21 plus years of age
- must submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening
- must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- must be able to read, speak, and understand English
- ability to lift, push, or move products averaging 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- flexible availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 21 plus years of age
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs, and complete required reports
- physical ability to lift and move freight weighing on average 40-60 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- one year of customer delivery experience preferred
- six months hand cart/hand truck experience preferred
- six months food and beverage industry experience preferred
- two years consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned delivery routes
- manually unload and deliver products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- build positive relationships with customers by providing friendly and professional service
- become familiar with customer operations to meet their needs and expectations
- maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations
- complete necessary documentation and reports accurately
- work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays as business demands
