Job Requirements
- must be 21 plus years of age
- must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- must have the physical ability to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
- must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently
- preferred to have 1 year customer delivery experience
- preferred to have 6 months hand cart or hand truck experience
- preferred to have 6 months food and beverage experience
- preferred to have 2 years consistent work history
Job Qualifications
- 21 plus years of age
- must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse, understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and make entries on reports
- customer delivery experience preferred
- experience using hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- experience in food and beverage industry preferred
- consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- safely operate a tractor-trailer
- manually unload and deliver various products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- build relationships with customers using a positive and friendly attitude
- become familiar with customer operations to meet their specific needs and expectations
- follow assigned route schedules
- comply with all safety and regulatory standards
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
