Job Requirements
- Must submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40 to 60 pounds on average and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse and understand traffic signs
- Minimum age of 21 years
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently for communication and regulatory compliance
- Preferred one year customer delivery experience
- Preferred six months hand cart/hand truck experience
- Preferred six months food and beverage industry experience
- Preferred two years consistent work history
Job Duties
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer to deliver products to customer locations
- Manually unload and deliver various food and supply products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods
- Follow assigned route schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing friendly and professional service
- Understand customer operations and needs to meet expectations effectively
- Comply with all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and moving freight weighing 40 to 100 pounds repeatedly
