Job Requirements
- Have a current Class A CDL
- Possess at least 12 months of verified over-the-road driving experience within the past 3 years
- Meet all FMCSA safety standards and requirements
- Be capable of working independently and managing a business
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Have valid medical certification
- Willingness to operate newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks under lease program
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 12 months of verified OTR driving experience in the last 3 years
- Proven ability to maintain compliance with FMCSA requirements
- Experience with drop and hook freight handling preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage lease program responsibilities
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics
Job Duties
- Operate commercial trucks efficiently and safely
- Manage lease equipment following company guidelines
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Adhere to all customer-direct shipping procedures
- Use company tools to monitor and optimize earnings
- Communicate effectively with support teams
- Participate in safety programs and maintain cleanliness of equipment
