Job Requirements
- Current CDL-A license minimum 2 year
- OTR experience
- no more than 3 moving violations 2 preventable accidents in last 3 years
- all driver records will be reviewed individually
- able to operate and manage refrigerated trucks
- business-minded with leasing or ownership aspirations
Job Qualifications
- Current CDL-A license
- minimum two years of OTR driving experience
- solid understanding of refrigerated freight handling
- strong commitment to safety and compliance
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and manage business operations
- good driving record with no more than three moving violations and two preventable accidents in the past three years
Job Duties
- Manage and operate refrigerated trucks on over-the-road routes
- utilize expansive customer freight network to maintain consistent loads
- coordinate with dedicated fleet managers to optimize routes and freight opportunities
- ensure safe handling and timely delivery of refrigerated freight
- maintain compliance with all CDL regulations and safety standards
- perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- collaborate with dispatch to receive 24/7 support and pre-loaded trailers
