Job Requirements
- Valid CDL with hazardous material endorsement or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Minimum one year of Class A tractor/trailer driving experience or equivalent
- Clean driving record with no suspensions, revocations, or reckless driving convictions in the past three years
- No DUI/DWI convictions within the past five years
- Ability to maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a professional appearance
- Pass required DOT physical exams and background checks
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL with hazardous material endorsement or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Minimum of one year Class A tractor/trailer on-road driving experience or comparable experience
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations and safe driving practices
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork values
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver products to retail stores
- Maintain compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
- Manage delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and meet customer expectations
- Provide excellent customer service by representing Ace’s helpful and professional brand
- Participate in safety training programs and continuously improve driving skills and safety practices
- Collaborate with traffic and safety teams for problem-solving and support
