Job Requirements
- Valid state-issued commercial driver’s license Class A (CDL)
- Minimum two years Class A CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- Lift heavy objects and winch transported vehicles during loading
- Proficiency in operating a 10-speed transmission
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Minimum two years Class A CDL driving experience or equivalent military heavy/medium tactical vehicle driving experience
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in operating a 10-speed transmission
Job Duties
- Safely load, secure, transport, and offload vehicles using a company-assigned car hauler
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs
- Operate equipment focusing on safety, efficiency, and cleanliness while maintaining truck and trailer
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to DOT and CarMax standards
- Maintain accurate and compliant DOT logs and documentation
- Represent CarMax professionally with vendors, store associates, and the general public
