Job Requirements
- must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- willingness to work a set schedule Monday through Saturday including Saturdays as return days
- flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift, push, or move freight weighing 40 to 60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- availability to stay overnight one night per week with expenses covered
- must have a clean driving record
- valid CDL A license
- must be at least 21 years old
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently for communication and understanding traffic signs
- physical ability to handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- one year of customer delivery experience preferred
- six months of hand cart or hand truck experience preferred
- six months of food and beverage industry experience preferred
- two years of consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver food products to customer locations
- manually unload and deliver various products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods
- build and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs
- follow assigned route schedules including overnight trips once a week
- comply with safety regulations and company policies
- handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
