Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License
- clean driving record
- ability to read and speak English
- physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- pass pre-employment background check
- pass drug screen
- availability to work a set Monday through Saturday schedule, including one overnight stay per week
- willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently for communication and following highway traffic signs and regulations
- physical ability to handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- preferred one year of customer delivery experience
- preferred six months hand cart/hand truck experience
- preferred six months food and beverage experience
- preferred two years consistent work history
- able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Job Duties
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver various food and supply products to customer locations
- manually unload and handle products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods
- build positive relationships with customers by providing friendly and professional service
- adhere to assigned route schedules and work a set schedule Monday through Saturday
- perform freight handling which includes lifting, pushing or moving products weighing between 40 to 100 pounds
- be available for one overnight stay per week with expenses covered by the company
- comply with all safety, traffic, and company regulations
