Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- insurable to operate commercial vehicle
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy loads using hand cart
- knowledge of DOT regulations and Hazmat guidelines
- ability to maintain productivity standards
- available to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent degree preferred
- one year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred
- completion of tractor-trailer driving school accepted
- valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- ability to drive safely in varying weather and traffic conditions
- skilled in operating 3 axle tractor and 45'-48' trailers
- able to communicate effectively in English
- basic math skills
- ability to work independently and solve problems
Job Duties
- Unload product from trailer by hand or using equipment as required
- ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely according to guidelines
- maintain food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in vehicles and warehouses
- develop positive customer relationships through courteous and effective communication
- operate tractor-trailer safely in various conditions and terrains
- report damages and shortages promptly
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
