Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • insurable to operate commercial vehicle
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy loads using hand cart
  • knowledge of DOT regulations and Hazmat guidelines
  • ability to maintain productivity standards
  • available to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • comply with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent degree preferred
  • one year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred
  • completion of tractor-trailer driving school accepted
  • valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • ability to drive safely in varying weather and traffic conditions
  • skilled in operating 3 axle tractor and 45'-48' trailers
  • able to communicate effectively in English
  • basic math skills
  • ability to work independently and solve problems

Job Duties

  • Unload product from trailer by hand or using equipment as required
  • ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and timely according to guidelines
  • maintain food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in vehicles and warehouses
  • develop positive customer relationships through courteous and effective communication
  • operate tractor-trailer safely in various conditions and terrains
  • report damages and shortages promptly
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
