Job Requirements
- Minimum 22 years of age
- Hazmat and tanker endorsement required
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- 6 months verifiable Class A tanker experience within past 2 years or 1 year Class A tractor-trailer experience within past 3 years
- Military service driving experience accepted with DD214 and MOS record or Commanding Officer recommendation
- Ability to pass urine and hair follicle drug tests
- No SAP program members or graduates
Job Qualifications
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Hazmat endorsement
- Tanker endorsement
- Minimum 6 months verifiable Class A tanker experience within past 2 years or 1 year of Class A tractor-trailer experience within past 3 years
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass drug and hair follicle tests
- Military driving experience considered with appropriate documentation
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
Job Duties
- Operate tanker trucks transporting petroleum and related products safely and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company safety regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Safely load and unload cargo according to regulations
- Adhere to schedules and route assignments
- Communicate with dispatch and customers as needed
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
