Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
- No major motor vehicle violations within the last 3 years
- No DUI or DWI convictions in the last 5 years
- Ability to pass FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug test
- Willingness to be part of a family-owned team
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
- Knowledge of FMCSA DOT regulations
- Ability to maintain logs and documentation accurately
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Operate refrigerated trucks safely and efficiently
- Transport temperature-sensitive freight over the road
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Perform vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Manage time and routes to meet delivery schedules
