Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid CDL-A license held for a minimum of 12 months
- No major MVR or CSA violations in the last 3 years
- No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years
- Ability to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen
- Commitment to working as part of a family-owned team valuing professional management and driver quality of life
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screening
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Operate refrigerated Freightliner or Kenworth trucks safely and efficiently
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries of temperature-sensitive freight
- Maintain compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
- Uphold the companys core values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
