Job Requirements
- 12 months of CDL-A
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
- Must be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen
- Be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 12 months of OTR driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
- Ability to pass FMCSA DOT drug screening
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best trucking practices
- Experience operating refrigerated trucks preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
Job Duties
- Operate refrigerated tractor-trailers to transport goods safely over long distances
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Inspect vehicle and equipment before, during, and after trips to ensure operational safety
- Manage delivery schedules to meet deadlines while optimizing route efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to relay delivery status
- Handle paperwork such as bills of lading and delivery receipts accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of assigned equipment
