Job Requirements

  • 12 months of CDL-A
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • No major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years
  • No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
  • Must be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen
  • Be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life

Job Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum 12 months of OTR driving experience
  • Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years
  • Ability to pass FMCSA DOT drug screening
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best trucking practices
  • Experience operating refrigerated trucks preferred
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Operate refrigerated tractor-trailers to transport goods safely over long distances
  • Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies
  • Inspect vehicle and equipment before, during, and after trips to ensure operational safety
  • Manage delivery schedules to meet deadlines while optimizing route efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to relay delivery status
  • Handle paperwork such as bills of lading and delivery receipts accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of assigned equipment
