Job Requirements
- 12 months of CDL-A
- must be at least 21 years of age
- no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years
- no DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years
- must be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen
- be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license with minimum 12 months experience
- excellent driving record with no major violations
- knowledge of DOT regulations
- ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen
- strong communication skills
- experience with refrigerated freight preferred
Job Duties
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently
- transport refrigerated freight across long distances
- adhere to DOT and company safety regulations
- maintain accurate logbooks and required paperwork
- perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery statuses
- ensure proper handling and temperature control of refrigerated goods
