Job Requirements
- minimum 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
- at least 21 years of age
- no major motor vehicle record (MVR) or CSA violations in the last 3 years
- no DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years
- pass FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screening
- willingness to join a family-owned team focused on driver quality of life
- ability to operate refrigerated trucking equipment
Job Qualifications
- valid CDL-A driver’s license
- minimum of 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
- clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years
- no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
- ability to pass FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screening
- strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- operate refrigerated CDL-A commercial motor vehicles safely
- ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining product integrity
- conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- maintain communication with dispatch and management
- report any mechanical issues promptly
- comply with company safety and performance standards
