Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and employees

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and leadership to sous chefs
- monitor and analyze unit KPI's
- provide operational, financial, and administrative oversight and guidance
- engage and enrich kitchen teams
- organize the conception and evolution of the restaurant’s dishes through the specials program
- foster a culture of craft, continuing education, and career advancement
- celebrate team successes enthusiastically
