Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and leadership to sous chefs
  • monitor and analyze unit KPI's
  • provide operational, financial, and administrative oversight and guidance
  • engage and enrich kitchen teams
  • organize the conception and evolution of the restaurant’s dishes through the specials program
  • foster a culture of craft, continuing education, and career advancement
  • celebrate team successes enthusiastically
