Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU RN or 5 years ED/CCT/Cardiac/Trauma RN experience
- Current ACLS, PALS, BLS-C or equivalent provider status
- PHTLS and NRP Provider Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Completion of ICS courses including FEMA IS-100B and IS-700A
- Experience with critical care inter-facility transfers
- Completion of advanced certifications such as CEN, CCRN, TNCC or ENC
- BTLS or PHTLS certification
Job Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience or 5 years ED/CCT/Cardiac/Trauma RN experience

Job Duties
- Assess and use nursing expertise to determine the best course of action in critical care situations
- Provide care within the Registered Nurse scope of practice according to Board of Registered Nursing and CCT procedures
- Utilize critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patients and support physicians' orders
- Act as team leader ensuring a safe, clean, and well-stocked transport environment
- Maintain regular equipment checks and stock levels
- Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel
- Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training
