Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong background in quick service restaurant operations, hospitality, or retail
- Leadership skills including coaching, team building, and performance management
- Ability to develop strategic plans and achieve operational goals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal age of 18 or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Set and achieve restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve departmental performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Uphold safety and compliance standards
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment
