Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Prior General Manager experience in quick service or similar industry
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple departments
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Capability to coach and develop managers
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining McDonald’s customer standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a high volume quick service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Background in hospitality or retail experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and develop Department Managers to meet their objectives
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to improve department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor and manage operations to ensure smooth business functioning
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
