Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Endurance to work full shifts and lift/carry supplies and equipment as needed
- Prior customer service or food/beverage experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive customer-first attitude
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items promptly and with urgency
- Educate customers about menu options and help them find their perfect drink
- Demonstrate SERVE principles consistently
- Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions and follow company cash-handling procedures
- Support the team by communicating openly and stepping in where needed
- Maintain a neat appearance by adhering to the dress code and personal hygiene standards
- Stay calm and confident during high-volume hours while maintaining excellent service
- Deliver on The Three Things every shift: great customer service, a clean/organized store, and great drinks and products
