Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum of two months experience in related position
- basic math skills
- verbal communication skills
- guest service skills
- money handling skills
- computer skills
- knowledge of commercial espresso machine operation
- knowledge of cooking equipment operation
- basic beverage knowledge
- ability to obtain food handlers certification prior to employment
- ability to obtain and maintain valid gaming license

Job Duties
- Welcome and connect with every guest that approaches Cayuse Kapi
- discover guests needs and appropriately suggest product to enhance service and meet sales goals
- prepare beverage and food of the highest quality by following standards of service
- may be responsible for food prep related to deli operation including making sandwiches, salads and preparing desserts
- operate cash register and handle money efficiently and promptly
- clean and maintain the appearance of merchandise and guest area
- respond to customer inquiries and their requests
