Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience
- Luxury hotel or fine dining experience is preferred
- High volume, fast-paced work environment experience preferred
- Micros POS experience is a plus
- Food Handlers card is required
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification is required
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is required
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Must have flexible work availability including all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Attend to guest needs and requests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Efficiently receive guest orders paying attention to special requests or needs and input them into POS system
- Communicate special requests to the kitchen to ensure correct outcome
- Consistently follow sequence of service process
- Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations
- Properly and thoroughly set-up all server areas and complete all opening, closing, and side work duties during shift
- Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all guests
