Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in religious education or ministry coordination preferred
- Ability to use computer software including MS Word and Excel
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of Tier 1 background check
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as a contractor
Job Qualifications
- Be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing
- Understand liturgical and sacramental requirements of the church
- Be competent with MS Word, Excel, and Facebook
- Be willing to undergo a background check
- Have demonstrable devotion to the church and its teachings
Job Duties
- Attend monthly COR meetings and program reviews
- Provide monthly Catholic Religious Education calendar to COR
- Prepare facility reservation requests and publicity flyers for RE programs
- Track weekly RE program attendance
- Format and organize program materials weekly
- Distribute supplies and reset classrooms after programs
- Collect and manage sacramental records for certification
