Job Requirements

  • have demonstrable devotion to the church and its teachings
  • be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing
  • understand the liturgical and sacramental requirements of the church
  • be competent with computer programs such as ms word, excel and facebook
  • be willing to undergo a background check

Job Duties

  • attend 100 percent of weekly parish meetings to gather program information
  • provide a monthly Catholic Community calendar to the COR and Priest by the final business day of the preceding month
  • prepare liturgical books and Eucharistic elements prior to each Mass service
  • collect registration information for members of the Catholic Community and provide updated registration monthly
  • create a weekly Catholic bulletin and announcements four days prior to services
  • prepare facility reservation requests and publicity flyers for Catholic Community events
  • collect and maintain sacramental records and submit essential documentation for quarterly reports
