Job Duties
- Plan and execute flawless catering orders, master menus, portions, delivery logistics, and driver coordination
- Book and manage private events in banquet rooms, ensure every detail from menus to special requests is perfect
- Handle dining room reservations for parties, nail special requests and deposits with precision
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone or email with warmth, speed, and expertise
- Know menus inside out, advise on allergies, diets, and customizations to delight guests
- Keep the team in sync by communicating updates and mentoring staff on event procedures
- Jump into other tasks as needed, bring energy to every corner of the operation
