  • 2 to 4 years of relevant hospitality experience
  • Self-motivated and organized mindset

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute flawless catering orders, master menus, portions, delivery logistics, and driver coordination
  • Book and manage private events in banquet rooms, ensure every detail from menus to special requests is perfect
  • Handle dining room reservations for parties, nail special requests and deposits with precision
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone or email with warmth, speed, and expertise
  • Know menus inside out, advise on allergies, diets, and customizations to delight guests
  • Keep the team in sync by communicating updates and mentoring staff on event procedures
  • Jump into other tasks as needed, bring energy to every corner of the operation
