Job Duties
- Supervise FOH employees during setup, execution, and breakdown of events
- Read and comprehend event orders
- Main point of contact for client/coordinators during events
- Effectively communicate with upper management, back-of-house staff, and catering sales manager
- Maintaining a culture of teamwork, accountability, and success
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate product ordering needs with upper management
