  • Experience with time management and multitasking

Job Duties

  • Supervise FOH employees during setup, execution, and breakdown of events
  • Read and comprehend event orders
  • Main point of contact for client/coordinators during events
  • Effectively communicate with upper management, back-of-house staff, and catering sales manager
  • Maintaining a culture of teamwork, accountability, and success
  • Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Communicate product ordering needs with upper management
