Job Requirements

Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school
three to six months previous food and beverage experience
ability to stand for prolonged periods
normal range of hearing
vision correctable to 20/20
ability to climb steps regularly
ability to handle high stress work levels
ability to lift 50 pounds
ability to communicate effectively
requires public contact and excellent interpersonal skills
frequent exposure to crowds
flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekend hours

Job Qualifications

Requires a level of general education normally acquired in high school
approximately three to six months previous food and beverage experience
analytical skills needed to process cash and charge card orders
interpersonal skills necessary to maintain positive customer relations
must be able to deal with patrons in a tactful and discretionary manner
ability to be enthusiastic and responsive to customer needs and portrays a positive image of the company

Job Duties

Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group culture and customer service values
responsible for assisting in the coordination, correct set-up, and implementation of catering events
ensures high quality food product is delivered and served to patrons in a professional and timely manner
responsible for following state and local health laws pertaining to the storage, handling, preparation and dispensing of food and beverages
maintains proper image and generates positive rapport with patrons and staff
makes sure all transactions are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines
