Job Duties
- Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Serve alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards and liquor laws
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner
- Provide the highest level of service in accordance with company standards
- Identify food orders when ready and deliver items to tables in a timely manner
- Communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
- Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information
- Be responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
- Prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards
