Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Exhibit exemplary guest service throughout delivery orders and full-service events
  • Handle multiple priorities and work under stress while exercising good judgment
  • Provide daily oversight and manage logistics of catering operations
  • Manage timeline and appropriate planning for both people and product
  • Follow processes as directed by Catering Operations Manager
  • Follow recipes and procedures to maintain product specifications
  • Understand and utilize preparation and production sheets in daily operations and training
  • Manage issues or conflicts professionally and productively
  • Set a standard of personal appearance that instills pride
  • Work in all weather conditions to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform side duties including cleaning equipment, organizing supplies, washing dishes, and sanitizing workstations
  • Clean and maintain catering vehicles with proper recordkeeping
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Organize, lead, and motivate catering team
  • Teach and train employees to uphold catering standards
  • Handle to-go orders and phone calls with friendliness
  • Support efficient and smooth restaurant flow
  • Communicate regularly with store and catering management to ensure guest satisfaction
