Catering Specialist

Summary:

The Catering Specialist reports to the Assistant Director of Food Services and works as a member of the LSUS Food Services team.  Oversees high-quality catering operations for university events by leading catering staff, ensuring event success, training staff, and maintaining exceptional service standards. Serves as an informal leader and is a resource and mentor student workers in a fast paced, service driven setting.  Is detail oriented and maintains accurate electronic and paper records and possesses a passion for hospitality.
