Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or catering coordination preferred
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

Job Duties

  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Fulfill opening and closing duties as assigned by management
  • Build and maintain accommodating relationships with clients
  • Communicate effectively with Senior Premium Event Coordinator and Premium Sales Team
  • Proactively upsell food and beverage offerings during order taking
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other service departments within the stadium
  • Perform tasks assigned by management in addition to daily responsibilities
  • Design, layout, and develop menus
  • Ensure all payments are received and follow up with guests on outstanding balances
