Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Availability to work flexible hours based on event schedules

- Ability to report safety incidents accurately on the same day

- Experience with event coordination or hospitality preferred

- Ability to follow and encourage team compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Capable of reporting safety incidents promptly in the company’s risk management system
Job Duties
- Proactively solicit new business by making daily cold calls, in person sales drops, engaging in other client prospecting to increase client database
- Respond to all catering inquiries in a timely manner
- Creatively find ways to stay within the designated budget per event while meeting guests' needs
- Ensure billing accuracy and conduct bill review with the client prior to processing final invoice
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Obtain and analyze client feedback following events to assess satisfaction and performance
- Fulfill opening and closing duties as directed by management
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Organize and accurately place guest orders in Toast to ensure proper event execution
- Work collaboratively with General Manager, Culinary Team, and other service departments
- Proactively upsell food and beverage offerings
- Assist with menu design, event setup, and event breakdown
- Assist with event and daily operations as needed
- Ensure all payments are received and follow up on outstanding balances
