Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service experience preferred
  • ability to work full or part-time schedule including weekends
  • knowledge of corporate, state, and federal food safety guidelines
  • ability to supervise and coordinate food-service associates
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods

  • strong communication skills for customer interaction
  • ability to manage inventory and product tracking
  • understanding of kitchen operations and menu items

Job Duties

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
  • supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and participating in reviews
  • stores food in designated areas following all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
  • maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner
  • monitors inventory and deliveries and tracks product production, consumption, and waste
