Job Requirements
- a.s. degree or equivalent experience
- progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
- ability to supervise hourly associates
- experience with high volume, complex food service operations
- proficient in computer skills including microsoft office and email
- servsafe certified preferred
- willing to participate in client satisfaction activities

- knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

Job Duties
- assist the executive chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account
- assist the executive chef with planning and creating menus
- produce and execute catering events
- roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with company marketing and culinary team
- supervise hourly associates in food preparation and cooking
- develop daily menu items and oversee their preparation and garnishment
- collaborate with executive chef/chef to develop new menus and assist with ordering
