  • Proven experience in high-volume catering or fine dining environments
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Culinary knowledge and passion for food presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to event needs
  • Food safety certification preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Support the execution of catered events ensuring consistency and quality across all offerings
  • Supervise and mentor culinary staff fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Catering Manager to develop innovative menus
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards and operational procedures
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Ensure timely food preparation and presentation during events
  • Monitor kitchen operations to uphold sanitation and safety regulations
