Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in high-volume catering or fine dining environments
- Strong leadership skills
- Culinary knowledge and passion for food presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to event needs
- Food safety certification preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Support the execution of catered events ensuring consistency and quality across all offerings
- Supervise and mentor culinary staff fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Catering Manager to develop innovative menus
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and operational procedures
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ensure timely food preparation and presentation during events
- Monitor kitchen operations to uphold sanitation and safety regulations
