Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and emotional intelligence skills
- Ability to maintain emotional control and lead under stress
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Duties
- Assist in establishing and enforcement of safe practices amongst the staff while tasks are being performed
- Lead and delegate tasks during events to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional, courteous service
- Collaborate with management and team to achieve goals and resolve challenges
- Maintain high standards in food presentation, table setup, and overall service quality
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and proper storage of catering equipment
- Ensure side work completion and keep team members on task
- Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently under strict timelines
- Participate in all catering training programs
- help to develop and implement training programs for hourly employees
- Uphold Aramark policies, report infractions, and foster an inclusive work culture
