Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting required
  • Ability to follow instructions, read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
  • Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, and/or walk and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
  • Ability to maintain emotional control and lead under stress

Job Duties

  • Assist in establishing and enforcement of safe practices amongst the staff while tasks are being performed
  • Lead and delegate tasks during events to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional, courteous service
  • Collaborate with management and team to achieve goals and resolve challenges
  • Maintain high standards in food presentation, table setup, and overall service quality
  • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and proper storage of catering equipment
  • Ensure side work completion and keep team members on task
  • Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently under strict timelines
  • Participate in all catering training programs
  • help to develop and implement training programs for hourly employees
  • Uphold Aramark policies, report infractions, and foster an inclusive work culture
