Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- complete a sanitation course within first year as a lead
- physical ability for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
- strong emotional control under stress

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
- prepare production records
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production safety and quality
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules per menu specifications
- maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare vendor orders to ensure accurate production
- operate an efficient cost-effective program
- supervise and evaluate employees
- counsel employees
- promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
