- ability to maintain emotional control under stress
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
- ability to complete a sanitation course within the first year

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
- prepare production records
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules consistent with menu specifications
- maintain sanitary conditions following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate inventory weekly
- prepare vendor orders as needed
- operate cost-effective food service programs
- supervise and evaluate employees
- counsel and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
