Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of sanitation course during first year
- Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain emotional control under stress

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
- Prepare production records
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
- Ensure safe and organized food storage
- Maintain serving schedules and food service per menu specifications
- Maintain sanitary department following health and safety codes
- Maintain accurate weekly inventory
- Prepare orders as needed per vendor
- Operate efficient and cost-effective food service programs
- Supervise and evaluate employees
- Counsel and promote employee growth and teamwork
