Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience
  • 1 to 3 years in a management role
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • willingness to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking and standing
  • compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • ability to use personal protective equipment as required

Job Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in catering or culinary management
  • 1 to 3 years in a manager role
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • strong value system and unquestioned integrity
  • excellent communication skills
  • good listening skills

Job Duties

  • Develops and maintains effective client and customer rapport
  • demonstrates excellent customer service using Harvest Table's standard model
  • implements communication strategies to build catering revenue
  • delivers food and labor targets
  • develops and executes strategies to achieve catering revenue forecasts
  • executes catering events including staffing and management
  • ensures accurate reporting of catering-related revenue, expenses, and receivables
  • coordinates activities with other departments
  • ensures compliance with food, occupational, and environmental safety policies
  • complies with health, safety, and wage and hour practices
