Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years experience as a server in a fine dining, large scale dining facility or similar field preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours

Job Duties
- Meet the company standard for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders for proper event setup including linen, dishware, glassware, flatware
- Serve meals to guests or replenish food for buffet service
- Serve beverages including alcoholic beverages and verify guests' age according to regulations
- Respond to customer requests or concerns
- Refill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiments, and napkins as needed
- Replace tableware and linens during event or room turnover
- Maintain a clear and organized work space
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
