- Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Strong understanding of food and beverage principles, including menu knowledge and wine pairing basics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests while upholding professionalism
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt and seamless service
- Anticipate and address guest needs proactively, exceeding expectations and resolving issues professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized tableside presentation, following restaurant hygiene and aesthetic standards
