Job Requirements
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move and handle boxes weighing 10-35lbs

Job Qualifications

- Prior catering or event industry experience is a plus
- Ability to express knowledge of menus and food presentation with guest service in mind
Job Duties
- Serve guests according to requested serving style with direction from supervisors or managers
- Communicate with expos and kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct
- Remain knowledgeable of all menu items and dietary/allergy information for sharing with guests
- Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure a memorable experience
- Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of product
- Fulfill guest's needs quickly and resolve complaints effectively
- Meet expectations for proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of catered events
