Job Requirements
- must have food handlers card and OLCC servers permit
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- English reading writing and math skills required
- must be able to stand and walk during entire shift
- frequent reaching lifting stooping bending and cleaning
- ability to work extended hours including nights weekends and holidays
- knowledge of food hygiene health and safety regulations
- ability to handle slips trips falls burns cuts and strains hazards

Job Duties
- set up tables buffets serving stations linens silverware and decorations
- deliver food serve meals and alcoholic beverages and assist with buffet replenishment including non-alcoholic beverages
- greet guests provide menu knowledge and promptly address requests
- clear plates utensils garbage and reset tables as needed
- assist with clearing scraping of plates buffet equipment organizing dishware and breaking down serving stations and tables
- help ensure a positive guest experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- clear communication with supervisors kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service
