Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to residents and guests
- Serve food during catered events
- Set up event areas and assist with breakdown after events
- Provide excellent customer service aligned with Erickson Senior Living’s mission and values
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Support smooth operation of private, community events, and meetings
