Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled
- Must be able to work outdoors in cool weather
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Must be available for most dates between November 21 and December 23, 2025
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills

- Prior food service or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Handle transactions and bring warmth and friendliness to the experience
- Prepare sweet and savory crepes to order using authentic French recipes
- Operate crepe griddles safely and efficiently with training provided
- Deliver excellent customer service in a high-energy holiday market setting
- Keep prep and service areas clean and organized
- Assist with daily setup, breakdown, and inventory
- Work collaboratively as part of a small team
