Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Ability to carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends
  • Willingness to work on key club event days
  • Adherence to grooming and uniform standards
  • Commitment to providing exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Be a flexible, dynamic individual willing to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be able to go up and down stairs frequently
  • Must be able to practice proper table etiquette
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary for cash bars
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Work experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Serve Safe Food Certified/TIP Certified is a plus

Job Duties

  • Establish a warm welcoming and professional atmosphere to all members and their guests as well as to your fellow employees
  • Works as part of a team to set-up, serve and breakdown events using correct food and beverage techniques
  • Report to work on time
  • Prepare tables, bar and service areas with attention to detail
  • Perform opening and closing side work
  • Serve water, melba, food and coffee using correct service techniques
  • Clear courses when guests are finished
