Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends
- Willingness to work on key club event days
- Adherence to grooming and uniform standards
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Be a flexible, dynamic individual willing to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to go up and down stairs frequently
- Must be able to practice proper table etiquette
- Basic mathematical skills necessary for cash bars
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Work experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Serve Safe Food Certified/TIP Certified is a plus
Job Duties
- Establish a warm welcoming and professional atmosphere to all members and their guests as well as to your fellow employees
- Works as part of a team to set-up, serve and breakdown events using correct food and beverage techniques
- Report to work on time
- Prepare tables, bar and service areas with attention to detail
- Perform opening and closing side work
- Serve water, melba, food and coffee using correct service techniques
- Clear courses when guests are finished
